About the Role

We are looking for a data and detailed oriented Senior CRM/Retention Manager with strong ownership and independent mindset to join our growing iGaming team.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Affiliate to lead and scale our acquisition across CIS markets.
 

This role combines strategy, leadership, and execution, with direct impact on business growth, revenue, and performance.
 

📌 Responsibilities:

• Own and scale acquisition strategy across multiple products
• Build and develop the affiliate department (team, structure, processes)
• Drive high-quality traffic through diversified acquisition channels
• Manage key channels: Facebook, TikTok, SEO, ASO, Google Ads / UAC, PPC, influencer and streamer marketing, affiliate networks
• Negotiate and optimize partnerships, deal structures, and payout models
• Design and scale acquisition funnels (inbound and outbound)
• Develop and expand local partnerships across CIS markets
• Collaborate with product teams (landing pages, A/B testing, CRO, localization)
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets (500k+ USD per month)
• Track and optimize key metrics: ROI, CPA, ARPU, LTV
• Analyze customer journeys (CJM) and improve conversion rates

🎯 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming or Betting
• 2+ years in a leadership role within affiliate or performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of CIS markets and traffic sources
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate-driven acquisition
• Deep understanding of FTD, ARPU, LTV, and retention metrics
• Hands-on experience with paid social, Google Ads / UAC, SEO / ASO, influencer marketing, CPA networks
• Strong negotiation and partner management skills
• Experience managing budgets of 500k+ USD per month and delivering strong FTD results
• Analytical mindset and solid understanding of unit economics
• Understanding of gambling regulations in target markets

🚀 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (PSP, CIS) who will take ownership of payment provider partnerships across CIS markets.
 

In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling a stable payment infrastructure, onboarding new PSPs, negotiating commercial terms, and optimizing payment performance to ensure seamless deposit flows.
 

This is a hands-on role with direct impact on payment performance and business revenue. We are looking for someone who can independently drive PSP partnerships, make decisions, and deliver measurable results.
 

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard PSP providers across CIS markets
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms (fees, additional %, turnover, limits, SLAs), including contract signing
• Manage the compliance process in collaboration with internal teams and PSPs
• Prepare and coordinate all required documentation for PSP integrations
• Maintain strong knowledge of the payment market, including current PSP providers and their reputation
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends
• Manage and develop relationships with existing PSP partners
• Monitor and optimize PSP performance (conversion, approval rate, decline rate)
• Manage payment routing and traffic distribution across providers
• Resolve operational issues and ensure stable performance of PSP providers

🧩 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in forex, gambling, crypto or fintech
• Strong negotiation skills and market analysis ability
• Understanding of compliance and legal processes in payments
• Proven experience in sourcing PSP providers (channels, agents, direct contacts) — must
• Experience working with payment routing and understanding of payment flows
• Regular participation in industry conferences
• Experience setting up payment processing for brands from scratch
• Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work with large volumes of data

Qualifications:
● BSc in Software Development or equivalent industry experience
● Previously a Staff or Principal Engineer at a startup company
● 10+ years of experience in Python development
● Strong Python Asyncio experience
● Strong software design skills
● Excellent communicator in writing and orally
● Significant experience with at least one strongly typed language (Rust, C++, Go,
Swift, Java, etc)
● Deep understanding of Networking Protocols, Operating Systems
● Deep knowledge of Python Profiling
● Experience in delivering and troubleshooting a production-grade cloud-based
distributed system
● Experience in building and troubleshooting a real-time low-level system (e.g.
kernel, drivers, RTOS)
● Kubernetes and Helm experience
● Experience with different observability stacks
● Strong LLM prompting skills, but also being able to work without them
● Experience with gRPC and its troubleshooting
● Being a contributor or maintainer of an open-source package
Bonus:

● An understanding of one of the following: WebRTC, STUN/TURN, SIP, RTP,
HLS, RTMP
● Having worked with Rust and PyO3
